The way it improves efficiency by combining inputs that would take multiple screens/areas to enter natively.
1. Connection issue between our company & RFgen was resolved in a timely manner. 2) Changes to report requirements were addressed and resolved in a timely manner. 3) During Go live, and issue with Replenishment was reported to RFgen and quickly resolved.
On the programming side, it allows someone that does not know what they are doing to bloat the database so that while it still runs, it breaks the integration/promotion process between test and production.
As I'm not an end user, I have no visibility to any of the dislikes of the product; I've not heard any complaints from our user community or IT staff
