It is strictly focused on B2B sales. If you have a B2C model or need very complex inventory management within the CRM, it might feel limited. Also more advanced custom reporting could be improved.

Here is the 3 main issues or weaknesses of salesflare. 1 - Limited customization - While it's simple to use, some users find the customization options for reports and dashboards lacking compared to other CRMs. 2 - No built in dialer - Salesflare lacks a built in calleing feature, requiring users to reply on third party integrations for phone calls. 3 - Mobile App Limitations - The mobile app, though useful, is less feature rich than the desktop version, which can limit flexibility when working on the go.
