“Implementation was easy, Ongoing operations management is terrible.”
The Good: Stand up was fairly quick relative to attempts at in-house SIEM implementation. Tuning of false positives was staight forward and took approximatly 6 months.
The Bad:Asset managment is performed by Solutionary staff. Through tickets decommissioned assets are supposed to be removed in a timely maner. Solutionary fails miserably in removing assets, causing repeated alerts for assets not reporting in. Periodically a massive cleanup is required, which only occurs after repeated issue escalation.

Valuable service and good service experience
Very easy to work with and very responsive. Overall experience was very good. Only possible downside is that some alerts are categorized higher than the actual threat would warrant. Need more positive support for implementation and should more flexible about operation.
They can provide service worldwide and incident reports are sent very quickly. But it's expensive and don't give us flexible service on portal and analysis quality is different per region. Japan site should more communicate with customers and follow the global site.
