There are many features to like: 1. Able to view and apply for new positions all in one place 2. It keeps a track the progress of the application- tells you when HR is reviewing said application and when (if necessary) that you are scheduled for an interview. 3. Easy to read and go through each job listing 4. Saves your resume- won't need to upload a new one at each application. Your previous is already stored and can be used.
What I dislike is that the marketplace doesn't provide you with notification of new job opportunities within your field.
