This tool is invaluable for monitoring and auditing our Active Directory environment and we utilize the tool to provide alert and logging functions for multiple Active Directory user events. the historical data it provides can be used for trending or troubleshooting and the excellent audit reports are easily obtained and provide clear details of the who, what, and when.
* One of the best features is the ability to see everything assigned to an individual or users to an entitlement. * The deployment of campaigns is very simple and the user experience of approvals has had good response from the approvers for ease of use. * Support has also been responsive to fixes and feature requests.
Seamless and User friendly experience, Self service capabilities for users to request access rights and auditing and reporting capabilities.
This product has been very well received by our employees and we have not faced any issues since we started using it. We are able to use the service with minimal adjustments. Most other products on the market would not have allowed that.
* There have been too many technical issues or bugs with the product. Some of the testing appears lacking as updates have introduced new issues in other areas. * There is no way to specify which notifications will be delivered. All set up in the system delivered. * Variables available for configurations in email notifications is limited. * No direct method for reviewing separation of duties requirements.
