Data has always been recoverable. Support has been great. First setup was a little difficult as some options are not intuitive. Every feature I could want is available but at added cost. SEP Sesam - Satisfaction
SEP Sesam works well. In comparison to previous product, it is faster so the backup window has shrunk. Set it, but don't forget it. Keeping up with it is simple. I have it scripted to notify with logs if there is an issue, or just a successful notification if there are no issues. Support is very helpful, and willing to make sure you are satisfied.
