It has greatly reduced time in generating accurate answers to the majority of the questions. - AI Teammate: The AI Teammate feature helps in a multitude of tasks such as bid qualification (bid/no. bid), creation of solution sections, battlecards, contextualized emails, RFP summaries and more. - Projects: The projects feature helps in automatically filling multi-page documents or multi-tab excels in the click of a button. It has enhanced collaboration features that help in response reviews, inviting collaborators, setting cadences and more.
- Incorrect context: While SiftHub helps generating contextually correct answers for most of the customer requirements, it sometimes fails to differentiate when some functional and technical requirements have a similar connotation and wording. In such cases, it sometimes responds to a functional question from a technical point of view and vice versa. - Managing Q&A repositories: It is difficult to do bulk updates to outdated Q&A pairs and there is dependency on vendor to do bulk updates. Manual updates can be done easily. - Formatting Issues: Exported documents or excels with complex tables have formatting problems
