AS per my expertise with this product, if you don't have the correct device name then it will be a challenge to find the logs in the tool. Also, the integration of the cloud service is only possible through buckets only. My suggestion is to assign a dedicated integration engineer for every customer. This will help the customer to move the integration easier.
