Great selections Presentation Follow survey asking how can we improve?
We love that our staff can choose what they want within the limits we set. Everyone is excited when we send the link out so they can choose snacks and merch! I also love that I can manage and track who has ordered, as well as download the cvs file of all the comments so we can hear their thank yous and what they like about it. Also, there are a lot of unique and healthy snacks that you can go back and reorder after trying, which is a hugely popular feature.
I like how easy it is. It's self explanatory and it works seamlessly.
The only drawback was that I felt like there should be a bit more attention paid to sustainability, however the reason I didn't detract from overall all rating is because of the fact that the follow up survey gave me the convenient opportunity to voice this concern.
Cost of goods is a bit high, but they are specialty items Several favorite items from last year weren't available to purchase this year We'd like to try the swag program, but it seems expensive (we are a school)
1. Timeline for getting products into the store 2. Response time for new product design and production 3. Email responses get missed and I have to continue to follow-up on things.
