Stax Bill has an intuitive feel for its operational use. The dashboard overview is great at allowing for quick and easy access to business performance. The front-end interface with SalesForce allows for seamless Customer and Subscription setups. Stax Bill also has a great customer support group. They are quick to respond with knowledge and thoroughness whenever called upon.
Best cost to value billing system we could find. Management has easy, daily access to recurring charges collected, accounts that failed, and gives a picture of pending credit card end dates.
The system provides us with a ton of flexibility as we scale our company. We were able to build our solution catalog super fast and a robust set in-app tools help us manage customer subscriptions, handle invoicing, streamline business cycles as well as access detailed reports. Our Solution Engineer, is second to none. He listened to our goals and was able to help us optimize the system. He was extremely helpful in identifying and configuring various reports to deliver the data we need on a monthly basis. Thankfully he was also well-versed in the integrations we opted to connect to Stax Bill (like Hubspot).
Outgoing messaging is managed at a global customer level. There are times when it would be useful to be able to send targeted messaging to specific customers.
There seems to be a 2 day lag time between when funds are collected and then deposited into our account.
The out of the box option has limited capabilities to address multi-language purchase flows, but thankfully the API option opens the doors to endless possibilities esp. multi-language.
