Disappointing. We use Sugar CRM, and while that product isn't easy to use, we understand it and hoped that the integration between the CRM and the email software Market would be easy since they were the same company. And while the integration (dynamic lists) only had one 2-week hiccough, the rest of the system failed repeatedly.
