The ability of Tech Mahindra to truly work as a partner , understanding our challenges (both technical and commercial) and those of our customers. Quickly resolving reactive issues but always improving proactive measures. Commercially and contractually they have shown great flexibility whilst ensuring service continuity and quality. They also have a focus on introducing automation where it shows proven benefits.
Approach and ability to challenge our day to day operations as well as business needs. This in combination with E2E approach from idea to implementation.
It would be great to have more support on-shore, which will make our communication more efficient with less wait time.
No specific dislike, just the challenge of working with larger scale offshore resource as a result of driving for commercial efficiency, although Tech Mahindra try to make this as transparent as possible.
Difficult to get the offshore resources on the same quality level as the on-shore team. Especially with the most recent IT implementation this posed to be a challenge.

Having worked with TechM in this scope for more than 6 years they have become a trusted partner that we can challenge and will challenge us.
