Ability to determine with ease whether a user is doing anything malicious by viewing their video recordings and analyzing all the metrics generated on each of the users.
I like the insider protection capabilities of Teramind DLP. It comes with amazing behavioral analytics features. I like the real-time threat monitoring and also blocking. I like the remote workforce security.
What I like most about Teramind is the visibility it provides into productivity and activity. The detailed reports make it easier to address client's needs, while customizable settings helps us monitor responsibly and support outsourced professionals in improving their performance.
This is not an easy product to deploy and get configured right out of the box. We are leveraging the OnPrem solution and it also takes a ton of compute and storage resources to leverage all its features (i.e. OCR, OMNI, video archival, etc)
There haven't been any challenges. Teramind DLP has delivered.
The platform can feel overwhelming for new users, so clear onboarding and guidance is important. In addition, many users are still experiencing disconnections resulting in frequent time adjustments.
