Its ability to track entire companies and see the engagement for multiple people in the company was very helpful for the project.
The banners are a helpful marketing channel and the UX is really easy
Its main strength is the ability to effectively push a single piece of content across multiple streams.
While it was a bit more expensive than other solutions considered, in the end it was the right fit for the client. There were some issues with speed, but the data issue was resolved. We also had some issues with the integration into the CRM.
No support for the tool and the templates are really difficult to manage
Some of their analytics require us to use a lot of UTM parameters
