A very generous free plan that offers up to 50 monitors with 5-minute check intervals. The versatile monitoring beyond HTTP and HTTPS checks that also support port, ping and cron job monitoring. Multiple notification methods, delivered via a wide array of integrations, including email, SMS, Push notifications, Slack, Teams and even Discord. The ability to create public facing status pages that help support teams communicate outages to their own customers.
realtime alerts let us know when our clients go down before they are even aware. Free monitors work just as well as paid ones. Text alerts let us keep an eye on customer environments 24/7.
100% reliable system, has a nice web and iPhone interface. Can easily customize alerts.
The free plan was recently restricted for personal use, commercial organizations must enroll in a paid tier. Lack of better organizational tools, such as the ability to group monitors into categories or folders.
a little more money than some competitors, some competitors offer 100 free monitors, the layout can be a little clunky at times until you make some changes to the UI.
I can't say there's anything I dislike. It's just straight forward and helps me sleep at night.
