Overall, my experience with Whatfix has been really positive, but it definitely involved a learning curve. The onboarding was quite intense and long in the beginning, with a lot of information and different points of contact, which sometimes made the process feel a bit overwhelming. However, once we got through that initial phase, the platform proved to be really powerful and full of potential. Some functionalities do require technical support - and the support team has been consistently helpful, responsive and genuinely committed to solving our issues. Whatfix also offers strong analytics capabilities, valuable guidance tools and effective AI-driven search features. It's a robust solution that can add a lot of value, as long as the organization is ready to invest time in learning and adopting it properly.

The cost is very reasonable. However, general stability is a challenge very often. There is no out-of-the-box solution to general problems. Most likely, something will have to be done from tha backend.

The support and Customer Success teams are definitely what I appreciate the most. They are attentive, proactive and truly willing to help. They follow up, provide clear guidance, and make sure nothing gets lost or forgotten. I also appreciate all the different tools Whatfix offers like AI-powered ones, analytics, reporting, and others that allow us to choose how we want to highlight new features and guide users through workflows and tasks, which adds a lot of value to our product.

1. Advanced analytics capabilities, especially the depth of insights available on user actions and workflow performance. 2. Detailed, step-by-step guidance and workflows that go beyond simple instructions and truly support users through each process 3. The flexibility of the platform, including automation possibilities and the ability to configure flows based on real user behavior. 4. Key Account regular meeting and support with best practice sharing
Some parts of the solution are not very intuitive, especially in the beginning. Many features require technical support, and it's not so easy to work independently without any guidance. The onboarding was also quite heavy and felt overwhelming at times, with long and numerous training sessions and handovers between different team members.

Our experience with WhatFix, their account management team, fast track migrations team and their support teams has been highly positive. Migration was completed in spite of some challenging technical roadblocks on our side. The Migration team was highly competent and very responsive. Follow up with our account managers is consistent and valuable. The fact that they use their own product to guide their users through the WhatFix dashboard really speaks to the quality of their product.
