The idea of this is is nice and I am sure it helps our CSR team out, but has been a slight headache from an administration standpoint.
Qualified team with a good support
All invoices are digitally archived- less searching & waiting times Clearly defined release strategy- faster throughput times This product forced us to simplify several other areas - vendor contact, way of receiving invoices, contract negotiation, creation of purchasing orders, etc.
Seems to constantly be issues with the application crashing, we need to reboot services/servers, unforeseen license caps causing a stop in services.

OCR Software reaches its limits - goal is to implement i.e. XML invoice receipt Not all fields from standard SAP transaction are available inside xSuites invoice monitor - user exits needs to be ordered to add those fields - a jump into standard SAP transaction is possible
