Oracle NetSuite ERP Likes & Dislikes
There are few things which I like the most which is below: 1. Comprehensive All-in-one ERP: Netsuite brings finance, supply chain, CRM,e-Commerce and HR together in one cloud platform, eliminating the need for multiple discoonected systems. Customers value the ability to manage nearly every aspect of their business in a single solution 2. Scalability for Growth: It is particularly strong for organizations with multiple subsidiaries, currencies, and international operations. Customers appreciate how easily it supports expabsion without requiring separate systems for each region. 3. Customization & Flexibility: Netsuite's Suitescript and SuiteFlow tools allow businesses to tailor workflows, dashboards, and reports to their unique processes. This flexibility is often cited as a major advantage over more rigid ERP System
NetSuite greatest strength lies in its ability to act as a unified single source of truth for the entire organization. By providing robust integrations across disparate departments like finance, logistics and customer care, it ensures that both our data and our people remain perfectly synchronized. This seamless flow of information has been essential for maintaining operational alignment as we scale.
One aspect that we noticed almost immediately was the time savings from automation. It does have a broad functionality which most people will most likely never use the full breadth of, but it is nice to know that these options are readily available. Scalability is also a great asset with this offering.
There are a few things which I dislike the most and that are follow: 1. High Cost Ownership: Licensing Fees, Customization, and ongoing support can be expensive, especially for smaller or mid-sized business. Many customers feel the total cost is higher than expected. 2. Complex Implementation: Deploying Netsuite often requires external consultants and can take longer than anticipated. Customers note that without strong planning and partner expertise, projects can stall or exceed budget. 3.Steep Learning Curve: While powerful, the interface and navigation can feel dated and unintuitive compared to newed ERP systems. Training is essential, and some users struggle with adoption.
One downside is the high licensing cost and the effort required to maintain integrations. Additionally, the user interface is dated and lacks a modern aesthetic, which impacts the daily user experience.
It was a bit of a learning curve with this software initially, but as with most products, once one becomes familiar with it, it is smooth sailing. We've only had to use support a few times and have never had any issues, but I do know other users who feel support is lacking. We've never experienced any issues.

Initial Learning Curve Present but Functionality and Automation Save Significant Time
Oracle NetSuite ERP has helped us out immensely by bringing together our operations, finance, and reporting all in one central platform that supports scalability exceptionally well. Their cloud infrastructure allows for compatibility with many third party systems and their ability to handle multiple entities and currencies is also a huge bonus for us, as well as most business I would think. - Sourcing Head Of Solutions10B+ USDConsumer GoodsReview Source
Customization and Scalability Strengths of Oracle NetSuite ERP for Large Companies
With Oracle NetSuite ERP we could experience increased visibility and control over the business. The process efficiency is another gain that we can mention. As a Global organization, our main objective in implementing Oracle NetSuite ERP solution was to consolidate financials across multiple affiliates' legal entities and this was fully achieved (Centralized System). - Product Manager<50M USDIT ServicesReview Source
Great backwards compatibility and good automation of processes from warehouse to checkout
Reliable. We have used Netsuite as the backbone for our ecommerce website and it has scaled well and kept the backwards compatibility for templates and code that we did years ago. It's an all in one system with seamless integration between our sales frontend and financial and warehouse management. Especially on handling different currencies, local taxes, automatic fullfilment and checkout process. We have a very good experience in integrating with different shipping services. - Dpo Compliance And Spend Data Poc10B+ USDServices (non-Government)Review Source
Oracle NetSuite ERP Balances Comprehensive Features With Steep Learning and Setup Demands
I rated Oracle NetSuite ERP the way I did because it's strong, all-in-one cloud ERP that brings together financials, inventory, CRM, e-commerce, and more under a single platform. Its scalability, global capabilities, and real-time visibility make it a solid solution for companies that are growing or managing complex operations. At the same time, the system demands a significant investment in set-up, customization, and ongoing maintenance. This combination of powerful tools and high complexity is what shaped my overall rating.
