Have one platform and one id for all entities like people, places and things is a great idea and I definitely feel would have brought tremendous efforts. It brings great value and a consolidated list of data on table. The idea of having one single universe of distributed across US and Canada is something that has made our fetch easy and this is what i like the most about this product.
Slow to use, can't always trust the data, frequent outages
PlatformOne is a diverse application, which the developer has ensured there is effective ad management, and successful advertisement. Also, the little problems like themes, and background colors have been well resolved. Most of the support team are friendly.
