Flexibility is amazing in watsonx, it supports both third party/open source and IBM's own foundational models. Giving you a lot of control. The AI Studio and integrations were another of the attraction towards IBM watsonx. The interfaces are very compelling and intuitive. Enterprise grade governance and compliance is unmatched.

What I like most about IBM Watson x are its strong enterprise-grade security and governance, which builds trust in AI usage; its seamless integration with existing enterprise systems and data platforms; and its scalable, high-performance AI models that support complex business use cases. These strengths make Watsons reliable, secure and well suited for large-scale enterprise AI adoption.
It does have a steep learning curve. There are so many options and settings to learn that deploying custom models take a lot more configurations than expected initially.
Sloppy customer service or delayed support on critical incidents leaving us in a soup when needed a faster resolution
What I dislike most is the initial complexity of the platform.Some features have a steep learning curve and clearer documentation or in-product guidance would help new users get started faster.additinally.setup and configuration can feel time-consuming,escpecially for smaller teams without dedicated AI or technical expertise.
