What I like most about this product is as follows: 1. This tool provides all the data of all channels in one place. 2. Personalized user dashboard is very useful and can be customized as per the needs. 3. In-depth insights on the customer experience across the various channels.

The user interface can be overwhelming due to the multitude of features and settings. This complexity sometimes makes it difficult fir new users. We have encountered a few glitches particularly which have required us to reach out to support more frequently than expected.
