Support from the team has been good so far. Product does what it says but still needs a bit of work. have noticeably reduced ticket volume. AI generated recommendations have helped engineer to take the right path to solve problems and issues detected.
Multi-Modal Discovery and telemetry
Certain integrations or functions are currently not available or are on the roadmap, which meant we could not integrate some already active monitoring service features initially. These will be rolled out as the product matures and compatibility becomes available.
Product still has a few bugs and needs to be worked on.
