I love that the product can work with Google Calendar to keep employee birthdays updated, or work with Canva created graphics and videos to display personalized content. I didn't have to learn a specifically new programs to run this product.
I like how user-friendly Rise Vision is and how it allows me to customize when I would like to display various items, such as on certain days, times, etc. It allows for collaboration across departments which I find very important as it inspires ideas for content design. I like how it supports different types of content display, such as static designs or videos, and it also provides templates which is super beneficial.
1. I really appreciate utilizing the pre-created slides. They have enticing graphics, with movement and impressively professional looking displays. 2. The integration of Canva enables me to create professional looking custom slides that are the appropriate ratios for our TVs (16:9). Canva is user friendly and plays well with Rise Vision 3. The platform is user friendly and easy to navigate. It is simple to add slides to a slideshow.
It really isn't a product issue but a user issue. It takes a minute to figure out the definitions of controls within the product, for example duplicating a template is truly a duplicate of the first one....when you update one of the duplicates it does it to all of them. If you need to create a month of menus, you need to create new template of the same one.....don't duplicate it. We also love that we can put emergency information up ASAP should anything happen that would need such content. This could then be displayed across the building or across multiple buildings.
1. I sometimes get confused when it comes to presentations vs. displays, and I wish it was moreso integrated rather than having to toggle back and forth. 2. I wish that we did not have to repeat the same process for different sub-companies when adding content. It would be useful to be able to do the process once and then choose which companies you want the design applied on. 3. Some of the features (such as scheduling out days and times to display) can feel hidden and hard to find if you are not utilizing the software very often.
1. I wish I could upload PDFs and not have to convert them to JPGs. Same for slides. 2. It is clunky to upload a new slide, it requires some background refreshing and lags to get it to post. 3. I wish there was more editing capabilities within the premade slides Rise Vision offers. 4. I wish there were more education based pre made slides (snow days, count down to breaks, schedules, calendars, etc).
