It's easy to navigate and set actual events which is what we're all here for. If there were any questions the support was exceptional. We don't use the fundraising portion as a company, but this also stands out in case we ever went that route.
Ease of use and setup. We were able to set up the tool quickly and use it right away. Their customer success management team was excellent with support.
It's a good user experience and easy to use.
The customization is limited where we can't add some logos that we wanted to add on certain pages, but this is nit picking. We've had a bug or two pop up, but support has helped us through thiese issues as well.
The cost is on the high side compared to some other event/meeting management apps we have used in the past.
I wish there was a better way to find the webinars or search for them.
