The three things I like most about Site 24x7 are: 1. Real-time alerting: This lets me know when something is wrong (even if I'm away from my desk) so I can quickly work to resolve the issue. 2. Monitoring: This provides deep insights on our infrastructure, allowing me to identify devices that may be underutilized or need more resources. 3. Dashboard: We have a monitor set up in our department that just shows the current status of our environment. Each monitored device is represented by a colored block. If a block is not green, we can easily identify it and research it, all by just glancing at the dashboard.

I like most about Site24x7 is its clear and intuitive Dashboard and real-time alerts, it makes monitoring effortless and helps to quickly identify and resolve issues.
There aren't necessarily 3 things I dislike about Site 24x7. The biggest complaint has been how overwhelming it can be given the sheer number of available options in the UI. There is definitely a learning curve with this tool, but the UI still looks great and the tool works well.
No option to fine tune Up and down alert in email notification subject line. no option to disable alert at particular time period when daily scheduled job running related to CPU hikes
There is not much to dislike but if anything, I would say the product offers too many features that it can feel overwhelming at first, however once you get familiar with the interface, it becomes very easy to use and highly efficient.

Site24x7 is a very useful and versatile monitoring tool, offering a wide range of features and a clear view of service availability and performace. In daily operations, it meets monitoring and analysis needs well. However, we have experienced occasional stability issues, mainly related to plugins, and in some cases alerts were not properly delivered, which can impact incident response. Overall, it remains an effective solution.
