User friendly interface. It is easy to run the application. Strong customer support. Adaptive tools.
We experience occasional hiccups integrating with some of our legacy devices. Pricing structure is slightly rigid for tight budgets. It takes time to grasp the tool's full advanced capabilites. A better documentation, tutorial etc would help.
No dislike as I am working with the 7signal platform .
Overall experience is good. I would also recommend adding some new templates those having valuable knowledge also.
