A greater focus on use cases and real-world examples of implementations would prove to be much more beneficial. I also think that better support would be helpful. When we mentioned our difficulties with monitoring multiple streams and the lack of flexible settings, Conviva team quickly recognized these issues and began working on possible improvements, including temporary solutions to alleviate our challenges in the meantime. While the Conviva platform was essential for quickly identifying and resolving issues post-launch and deepening our insights with features like ECO for customized reporting, there is still a need for more flexibility in how we manage event durations.
