The actual service itself seems to be stable, and we haven't had any major outages.
I like that 8x8 Work guarantees secure communications. Scaling is easy and it is available for both in-house and our remote teams. I like that it integrates with other business apps including Salesforce and Google Workspace which streamlines our business workflows.
Phone app - There are times that it takes a few minutes to load Other than that, I haven't found anything else I dislike about the product so far
Sales rep flat out lied about features to get the sale. Then showed no remorse when challenged. The tenant was built incorrectly. The Engineer did not set up all the features we asked for. Account support has been terrible. Account managers are constantly changing without any sort of notification. We've had escalations that were never resolved. Due to an accounting error, we were double-billed for an entire year, and getting a credit back has taken months (still not resolved).
