We originally signed up for 8x8 because we needed a VOIP phone system and it was recommended to us by someone whose company used it. It provided everything we needed. The setup and support was the best I've ever had with a new platform.

“Call Example Expiry And Delays Create Challenges In The Resolution Process”

When you get to talk to support, they are very good, some of the processes can take a while to resol;ve such as call example expires after 24hours, when your a reseller there are multiple people that we have to go through to get a call example, by the time its reviewed by 8x8 it expires.

I'm easily able to update and add users, navigate the settings, change recordings, etc. It's very user-friendly and intuitive. And the support is the best! When I create a case (the familiar ticket system support users of all platforms are accustomed to), I'm able to choose the level of business impact and how I would like to be contacted. The support is always prompt and incredibly helpful. I've never struggled with 8x8 support. I've never had downtime, either. It's very stable.

Dislike

I wish they had, included in the 8x8 work plan, the ability for callers to reach the extension or person they're looking for by using their voice instead of keying in extensions or names. Many of our clients call us while driving.

    Tech Support Responsiveness and User-Friendly Reporting Stand Out in Daily Use

    There are a few reasons like how easy the application is to use and how the reporting system works but what I love the most is their tech support. I had an issue recently with integrating 8x8 with SF and Rudolf quickly solved my issue without much back and forth.
