I'm easily able to update and add users, navigate the settings, change recordings, etc. It's very user-friendly and intuitive. And the support is the best! When I create a case (the familiar ticket system support users of all platforms are accustomed to), I'm able to choose the level of business impact and how I would like to be contacted. The support is always prompt and incredibly helpful. I've never struggled with 8x8 support. I've never had downtime, either. It's very stable.

I wish they had, included in the 8x8 work plan, the ability for callers to reach the extension or person they're looking for by using their voice instead of keying in extensions or names. Many of our clients call us while driving.
