- Able to set campaign objective limit and stick to that. - Great customer services - Plug into multiple exchanges. - And their minimum spend per month is low compared to other DSPs.
Allows for integration with Prisma and also has a full suite of other products such as DCO.
I really appreciate the fact that Adform is an integrated platform, offering adserving, dsp, dmp and attribution, plus many other services. We wanted to simplify our technology ecosystem and Adform helped in that and also in streamlining our operation's workflow. Also we were concerned in using technologies where we couldn't control our data (being the incumbent Telco in Italy if we use blackbox retargeters we risk to benefit our competitors): Adform provided us with an ecosystem where all our 1st party data never leave the control zone. We also appreciated the flexibility of Adform's technology and their teams, because we really customized their DMP in order to make a deep integration with our backend systems.

The platform is really advanced and sometime is difficult to know all the possible features available and get our internal team trained fast in using it. Would be good to have more user friendly approach also for less tech people.

The cultural fit between our organisation and the vendor is very good: how we think and work. We have access to vendor top management (owners/founders) to discuss and influence future developments. Initial service challenges have been overcome by focusing on local service solutions (hub model, interaction between our local businesses and local vendor reporesentatives).
