With more users on the interface, it's been helpful to gather data that we were previously unable to collect all on a single platform. Although there are still issues to work out, it has been fairly simple to deploy fixes to glitches encountered.

La parte que presenta mejoras es la que tiene que ver con las particularizaciones. Hay algunos aspectos en los que nos hubiera gustado hacer particularizaciones en las que no fue posible.
Read Full ReviewBeing that it is so customizable, there are sometimes snags in the system not recognizing things on a practicality/logical level from our job standpoint. There have been lag times with operation due to glitches with the system crashing or not loading properly. Another issue is that as a user, we have to wait on program administrators to update and resolve inefficiencies. It would be better to put certain customizations in the hands of end users as all users work differently to maximize their own efficiencies based on how they would best like their workflow set up for their view. Because this program is for usability and our workflow, it has been a pain point any time there is any down time on the service/product.
