The SDKs support most mobile platforms and enables us to quickly set up services. The ready to use widgets and services are the main differentiation as aside from enabling fast deployment, it gives us other perspectives as to what functionalities we not incorporated and have not thought about.

Backbase can be pricey but you need to balance that off versus products like Kony in that Backbase has more empowerment and ready to use tools

It's really the flip side to being on a socreation journey - being so close to the RnD schedule means we are especially sensitive to delays or quality issues if they arise.

Backbase was an excellent partner in supporting their product, but also KeyBank's vision and overall goals for our online experience and market presence. They partnered with produced enhancements that were required for us to meet goals and optimize their platform for overall development and positive client impact. We aligned our timeline and overall delivery plan to create subject expertise within our organization to allow sustainability but ensure we could grow and support Backbase’s platform.
