1- End-to-end automation of the entire AR lifecycle from invoice generation to payment reconciliation. 2- It allows customers to view invoices, make payments, and track balances independently, which shortens the payment cycle. 3- It works well with ERP and allows smooth data flow and minimal duplication of efforts.

Nothing totally stands out in my mind as above and beyond.

It is user friendly and easy to see where in the process an invoice is for payment.

1- Initial setup and ERP synch took longer than expected 2- The analytics suite is good but not as flexible as BI tools for deeper analysis 3- Costs can rise with additional modudles

The limited capabilities of the ClientConnect and Payment sites when running reporting and analytics.

No way to encourage others to use it. The timeline for ACH processing seems slower than others. The login process could be streamlined.

We're using a wide range of their tools, including Invoicing, Payments, Cash Application, Collections, Credit, Disputes, and Digital Lockbox. The integration across the entire order-to-cash cycle has made a noticeable difference. The Billtrust portal is user-friendly and the automation in areas like cash app and collections has helped us move faster and improve our DSO.
