We liked the user friendly application, it was easy to navigate. We also felt as if we were given real time data with the most current and updated information. Our team also appreciated the support we were given during the integration period.
Range of Products, Number of applications available and number of users for this product
Easily integrates with our IT ecosystem, reducing manual interventions. Strong reporting capabilities offering actionable insights especially for call log records. The best part is that their service is very flexible and customizations is done team requirement wise.
This product can be on the pricier side so take that into consideration with the amount of users you will have. Our team noticed that we could not customize certain search functions to help narrow down the data we were receiving. I also noticed that there were some glitches when all users were on the platform felt like it slowed down a little bit.
Security is one thing which can be improved, like more of MFA for logging into any of the application.
The mobile interface is not adaptable and does not have all the features. Any deep customizations are very costly. The team is responsive in handling standard queries, but queries which need tech intervention takes a very long turn around time.
