The UI is extremally ease to use. The export to PDF function is very useful. Also great bi-lingual function to send out during the message.
Overall, my experience was quite good. One thing I would say is that I faced some technical issues while I was using it on my mobile phone.
There is a slightly delay in receiving messages on mobile phones, especially noticeable when using VPN. The prizing of the solution is relatively high when compared to other similar solutions.
Lack of customization Certificate based , as sometimes the certs can be maxed on a users device. Desktop app can be frequently disconnected from getting alerts

Good value for enterprise mass notification system
Successfully pursued an aggressive implementation timeline as our contract expired with a competing provider. Service is adequate and much better value, though lacks some of the sophistication and capabilities of similar platforms.
