The support is exceptional, both during implementation, as well as afterwards, they always answer within 24 hours, and mostly within a few hours. They constantly keep updating the tool and are very open to feature requests. They truly listen to their customers to make sure the tool works for the users. The simplicity of setting up your own processes in bob and adjusting to your needs, is really great to work with. I don't need any other consultant or Bob contact to set up what we need for our internal processes, I can just do this on my own.
1. We have been able to implement bob world wide to have one centralized point of HR administration, analytics etc. 2. It is possible to adjust bob and find work arounds to fit your policy & procedures 3. bob has great customer service that helps you with all hiccups/problems. They think in solutions and are always open to expand bob features in the future.

Not all modules are as developed as we might need. They cover a lot of ground, but they don't always cover all the features needed. There are quite a lot of workarounds that I need to create in order to get the process exactly right.
1. The performance review module had been hard to work with because it doesn't support weighted goals which makes it hard to do a rating 2. Sick leave is hard to track because it is not permitted to have no end date when making a request through bob 3. Workforce planning has many hiccups i.e. the overview of the requests is muddied with all past position requests. It is not possible to remove/delet them even though they have been cancelled.
Had to think about it as it's nothing to mention, however we faced the problem when a contractor came back as an employee we couldn't handle this properly. We created another account for this person, however it's the same, just with another relationship with the company.

Incredibly simple to integrate all our colleague data into Bob. The bulk uploading feature is incredibly intuitive. This made the transition from our incumbent HRIS completely seamless when moving over to Bob which helped to minimise the impact on our colleagues as end users. Bob also offers a much wider range of features than most HRIS's we reviewed, particularly when looking at the reporting functionality.
