CANEA ONE has multiple options and areas to support and cover, as it creates modules which work seamlessly with each other, to create a comprehensive solution for managing the processes, projects and docs. The UI is simple and easy to use. CANEA ONE is very efficient in process management, which is strong and enables us to analyze and optimize our workflows easily.
Automated flows, clear user interface and clear auditing
Some of the Cons: - User interface can feel rigid and somewhat dated compared to newer strategy or performance-management tools - Requires a fair amount of upfront configuration and internal maturity to get full value from the platform - Reporting and visualization capabilities are functional but not as advanced or flexible as best-in-class BI tools.
CANEA ONE is easy to use as the UI is easy but from the implementation point of view, I would say that it's complex, the configurations can be challenging in the beginning of the setup of the product. CANEA ONE has some limitations in mobile mode, some of the reports with specific features are less optimized for the mobile version. We required to have multiple sessions with their implementation/support teams in order to help us with the significant adjustments that we required for our team, so it wasn't very for us to customize our needs.
The reporting and analytics features are very basic and we often need to use other platform to get the reports we want. The mobile interface is limited compared to other solutions and remote workers often use their laptops to get tasks done more easily. Non-standard integrations require custom work which can get very expensive.
