    Capgemini's team has managed several transitions from incumbent vendors providing infrastructure services that are sensitive to the day-to-day operations of our business. These transitions have been planned and executed exceptionally well (on plan and budget) with no disruption to the business. Since transferring to Capgemini, all services have improved delivery and reduced costs with all internal stakeholders happy with their performance, flexibility and customer focus. The only minor area of improvement is contract administration, which seems like an opportunity to make the process more agile.
