How easy it is to set it up and the insights it provides.
I like the product's cloud integration capabilities. We have integrated it in our hybrid cloud setup which works very smoothly and the best thing is it protects our applications from OWASP attacks and bot traffic very well. Dashboard is easy to use and provides clear alerts and reports which helps us to identify attacks and troubleshoot issues. Policy updates, detailed logging and monitoring and the performance is great.
The initial setup & configuration is complex due to the number of features and policies available, also compared to other WAF solutions, cost can be on the higher side., while basic operations can be manageable but advanced set of rules and detailed policy tuning can be overwhelming at the start.

The downside of CloudGuard WAF is that the initial setup is very complex. New users may find it difficult to manage and understand advanced features. Some policies and rules we have to do manual fine tuning and also some reports are not flexible. UI feels complex when managing multiple applications.
