Constant Contact has improved my email campaigns significantly since I can add my own brand colours and logos, and use a wide variety of widgets that keep my emails interesting. The ability to integrate my donor lists to create different email lists has made customizing emails for different groups easy, and has also saved me tons of time since they automatically update. I also love that Constant Contact provides such in-depth analytics on your email performance, giving me better insight into what links have been clicked and what parts of emails were most engaging.
The user-friendly interface is the biggest plus. It was fast to onboard and could even get interns using it in a matter of days.

I've experienced some issues with the graphics and layouts in test emails not looking the same on different computers and browers, which makes it hard to guarantee how my emails will look to recipients. I wish Constant Contact offered some other features such as surveys without extra charges. The layout of some editing tools is not as intuitive as it could be.
