It gives us a straightforward way to manage contacts, organize lists or segments, build emails from templates, send campaigns, and review basic results without requiring heavy IT involvement. The strongest part of the experience is ease of execution. Non-technical users can generally get campaigns out the door without turning every communication into a larger project. Support has also been a plus, particularly because phone support is still available for account, billing, access, or campaign-related issues. The main limitation is account administration. Ownership, subaccounts, and recovery can feel less mature when supporting multiple teams under one organization. Overall, it is a good fit for focused campaigns, with some planning needed around access and ownership.
