Copper CRM Likes & Dislikes
Excellent onboarding experience. We enjoyed the liasion that we were assigned, and they took time to coach us and inform us on the product. Being onboarded is something that's a huge boost for us as a fast moving, larger company. Definitely agile.
- Easy to dive into each particular customer and review associated email history and notes - Funnel view is easy to navigate and visualize different cuts - Easy integration with email sequencing services to automatically attach related email history per client
I love how easy it is to use. Overall, it is user friendly and most things can be figured out quickly and efficiently. It is a great program for small companies to keep everything together.
Copper has some limitations once the procedure and user base scales to enterprise / large end tasks / high employee count. Things can also be tricky if you don't have the right rep from the company - we switched ours out early, but we could issues if we hadn't made that request. Does have a paywall from the trial to the actual version.
- Not easy to export data in organized manner - Difficult to integrate previous history from different CRM into the platform (similarly, difficult to export data) - Sometimes buggy in syncing notes from email integrations and formatting doesn't look very clean
One of the issues is that in order to truly use it, you have to use some sort of internet. Sometimes linking documents doesn't go as smoothly as it should. The other negative thing is it is mostly compatible with only google platforms. Not with things such as Microsoft Word or Excel.
