Spendguard has been amazing! It has flagged several non-compliant and fraudulent spend. Through supplier on boarding it has helped to make the vendor process and invoice uploading much smoother, speeding up the time to pay.
being able to quickly see your claim once you have submitted it, uploading copies of expenses is very easy.
I like the automated expense capture and submission. It automates tedious tasks and workflows. Real-time spend visibility is my favorite feature. I like the AI powered insights that helps in decision making.
We had travel when we implemented Coupa, which was subsequently sunset. As a result we had to move to another service.
Entering expenses can take quite a bit of time and can be annoying at times, this should be easier to do.
Coupa offers great capabilities when it comes to spend management and no complaints to make.

See Full DiscussionWe are about to start a tender process for this and going to attempt to use the Buy Smart functionality. We also have a SAP based architecture for our ERP however it is unlikely we will go with Ariba mainly based on cost and complexity.
