DataServ has been instrumental in modernizing how we manage invoice processing across our AP department. The platform offers a clean, centralized interface for viewing, indexing, and routing invoices, which is critical when managing 20K invoices per month.
It is user friendly, very easy to navigate about the system and complete work in.
Wonderful to work with. Fast and efficient client support. Platform is very user friendly to work in and navigate.
I dislike that only Approvers get an email notification when invoices are pending with them. There is a new @ feature that is coming in handy, but I wish there was a way for sites monitors to receive an email when invoices are routed to the site queue for review. Unless they have a tile set up or constantly monitoring the queue, they don't know an invoice is there for them to review.
I wish the PO receipts in DataServ were held longer than 6 months. I think it can be difficult to get the columns lined up in DataServ the way I want to see them. I wish I could just drag them in the order I want them.
This question asked to name 3 dislikes. I honestly can't think of 1. We've had nothing but a positive experience working with Dataserv.
