I appreciated the service that was provided. It is unfortunate that we could have Dell EMC resources on our project, because if we did, it probably would have been a lot easier.
Among the features we like are the ease of installation in an environment without any Dell systems, the native compatibility with virtualization providers (such as VMware), and the ease of management through the web interface.
- Costly maintenance - Does not integrate - Offers limited customization options
I'd like to see a better processor with this product. The memory isn't as extensive as we need, but we were able to make some business sacrifices to make it work.
Among the things we didn't like was the local support in the event of failures, which often wasn't helpful (or took too long in a critical environment, despite having 24-7 support licensing). Hardware replacement management in LATAM was also unpleasant, with delays, custom issues, and bureaucracy. Lastly, the licensing and purchasing process is really poor.
