The call quality is really good and the uptime is excellent. I'm super impressed with the quality of the video calling, the picture is much clearer than others I've used. The customer support is also very responsive. They do have the option to chat with them over a popular E2E encrypted messaging service, and I don't think I've ever waited longer than a few minutes to connect with someone there.

I like the transcription and AI summary the most because it helps us to receive accurate information and have the action points needed.
I do find the UI to be clean, but sometimes finding the setting your looking for requires going several layers deep. Additionally, I also find the license tiers to be a bit confusing as well.
The call center routing is heavily limited compared to other products or requires weird configuration
Some of the features are a little bit complex, especially for older team members who aren't that tech-savvy, but the help center and all of the resources have been constructive!
