Customizable and reliably engineered and tested. Tierpoint met us where we were at, helped us think through key design decisions, and were able to execute against the design without any notable issues.
The ability to include all or part of our infrastructure into the DRaaS is a great option. And they really seem to know how to integrate almost anything into their service.
Robust service provided. RTO and RPO are low
Pricing was reasonable but we engaged in a good bit of back and forth to get there. One particular pain point was some adhoc firewall management services that can prove challenging for them to execute on consistently. No other noteworthy shortcomings have been experienced.
We just wished they could have fit a few more of our wishes into the budget we had.

Easy to adapt DRaas platform
Platform acts as integrator between on-premise system and cloud hosted setup. Damage from natural calamities can be quickly overturned. Network failure situation can be well managed when this is used. Recovery Time Objective (RTO) and Recovery Point Objective (RPO) can be even reduced. Working as expected although storage can be a concern at times.
They respond quickly to escalations and work with the customer to manage expectations. DRAAS has been effective although a true real life failover has never occurred (which probably is a good thing). DRAAS is cost effective but storage on the secondary site can be used up quickly and needs to be monitored.
