Great service & support by the Elmo team from contract, module configuration and ongoing account management.

Customisation, whilst extensive, could be improved in some areas.
The NetSuite integration takes a little more effort and depends on secure CSV transfer. The initial setup is a little confusing as the admin interface seems almost obfuscated until you know how to access it. The user training for the platform is separate to the platform itself. Given the platform has an LMS, it would have been nicer if this was all contained in the one page.

Great HRIS system that fits the Australian market
ELMO HR Core is a great platform to support HR processes and fits well in the Australian market. It also integrates with NetSuite, which is a massive plus.
