Overall our experience has been positive and continues to improve as more functionality and updates roll out. The platform is robust and capable of supporting invoice-to-cash, collections, and cash application workflows. We do find however that communication and data can have gaps between the modules.

Rating impacted by - Team members not available during key times during the project. Training of the system (by the Trainer) was not at a very high standard. System loading issues experienced at peak times in initial stages.
Overall - Great product, efficiencies able to be recognised right from implementation, easy to use/user friendly, aesthetically pleasing interface that is easy to comprehend on next steps.
