Real-time tracking of trucks and trailers. Show ETA until the vehicle came to the unloading or loading place.
I most value the ability to see where my trucks are in real time so I know if I need to reschedule a delivery due to a forecasted late ETA.
The one thing I like best is that the product is easy to configure with partner carriers different platforms they use to connect to FourKites.
Small problem when changing trucks or trailers during transport.
The geofencing tool is useful but when it gives me false data it can be a big problem. If a driver enters and leaves the geofence, the load is marked as delivered even if that is not necessarily the case. That means I end up not following up on something that may need close attention.
The one thing I dislike about the product is that it can be difficult to get Brokers to use the App. Generally carrier drivers use various Apps and are reluctant to want to add more.

FourKites is a very useful tool that I use every day to track my shipments. When carrier partners are tracking correctly, FourKites makes my job much more efficient. However, FourKites is a fairly basic tool that really doesn't provide much for me besides tracking.
