Product has a short learning curve, a great user interface with flexibility in the approach (multiple ways to accomplish the same objective), and immediate visibility to what's on your yard. The implementation is relatively short to stand up the system. The software reliability is strong and we've experienced only minimal national downtime windows and occurrences over the last year.
Reducing manual work.
The product is largely dependent on manual entry by users. The hardware has some issues and support is not as quick to resolve issues (hardware and software) as we would prefer. The solution is designed for a singular yard with a guard shack in place which is not the majority of our use case.
Carrier onboarding could be faster for smaller carriers.

FourKites has a very solid product that provides immediate visibility to your yard, trailer contents, and your hostlers' labor and efficiency. The product is reliant on hardware in the form of iOT kits, tablets, and RFID tags that have opportunities for improvement.
