Central ad server for all display and video activity. floodlight tracking for clear conversion measurement creative version control and rotation deep intergration with DV360 and Google Ads reliable impression and click tracking Compared to alternative options, CM holds an edge when working inside the wider Google stack. The link between DV360, search and floodlight make attribution and data reporting far more joined up without the heavy workarounds.

The support and help I needed along the way

The tracking - I feel as though the numbers are actually reliable, which has allowed me to monitor progress down to a tee and report results to stakeholders much more accurately.

The downside, as you can imagine with such a powerful tool, is the complexity and resource load. Setup is technical and time intensive.

Just wasn't for me to be honest, I personally struggled using it, but am sure it would be great to use for those abit more qualified.

There's a bit of a learning curve; it's definitely not for beginners. While the reporting is solid, it isn't live, so sometimes it takes a while before you get up to date metrics, and the UI is a little bit dated.
